If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Delays caused by weather, holidays, shipping carriers, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Cupario.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
